Shipping Policy

VK Enterprises will ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Most of the items are shipped for free or chargeable depend on customer dealing with us For items that require separate shipping charges, we will indicate it clearly in the item detail page and during order placement.

 

Product will be deliver within 10 working days after receiving the payment from the customer sides. & COD Order will be dispatched after customer confirmation.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.

You have the option to return or exchange items purchased on vkenterprisesb2b.com

 

Return/Exchange acceptance varies from 7 days to 20 days of the receipt of item and depends on our sellers and Affiliate partners. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item.

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Note: You can EXCHANGE/RETURN the product in case of defect or wrong product received.

1. Customers can return-replace their order within 7 days of the order delivery.

2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. No returns Available for Rs 299 Or sample Products .

4. After we receive your request we'll need 72hrs time to validate the return and resolve the issue. After validation reverse pickup will be assigned.

(The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin-codes)

5. If you choose to self-ship your product(s), you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped product(s), we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.

6. Share us the courier receipt so that we can dispatch the replaced order.
